Google Timer Tech Tip

So I did not know you could use google as a timer, but you can and it is super useful! I think I am going to start using timers as incentive. As in if I work for 30 minutes I get a 5 minute break and then use the timer to keep track. I think this could help my productivity by structuring how often I get breaks and how long they are so I can get back to work!

Tech Tip: Youtube playlist

I added a Youtube playlist to my comment wall, you should go check it out! It was cool to learn how to do this with a playlist because I had only ever embeded a single video before. I like using Youtube for playlists and subscribe to a few channels, but mostly just use the search function. I hope you like my playlist!

Tech Tip: Website Theme

Hello, all! I used the theme iceberg as the basis for my website and then made tweaks to the font, text color, and background color. I am going for a theme reminiscent of Facebook, but it is a work in progress. To see what I've done click here. I hope you like it!

Tech Tip: Google Site Title

I messed around with many of the settings for the title and other aspects of my blog. Part of what I did was remove the site map link and search bar. If you want to see the changes click here. I hope you like my page and I cannot wait to fill it in with stories!

Tech Tip: Weather Widget

I added the weather widget to my sidebar! I like to check the weather all the time being in Oklahoma where it changes every thirty minutes so I decided to use the tech tip here to be able to see the weather on my blog. I hope you like it and consider adding the widget to your own page!

Tech Tip: Blogger Template

You may have noticed that my blog has a new look to it. I did this at the suggestion of a Tech Tip and I absolutely love the look of it now. I was originally going to use a template, but I decided to instead pick a background picture and then customize the colors of the different components in the "advanced" settings. I think it goes well with the mythology theme but is still pretty feminine. I hope you guys like the way my blog looks now and maybe are inspired to change up the look of your blogs.
