Thoughts About Comments

Looking over the comments I have received, I realized that while I love getting praise I also really appreciate constructive criticism. I like knowing how to make my story better, but I also appreciate the criticism phrased as a suggestion as it makes the decision to change or not my own. I do not think I would respond well to outright criticism, but these gentle suggestions help me be a better writer and shows that the reader was invested enough in my story to have suggestions to give.

As for how I have commented on others posts, I think I have done a decent job. I could probably take a little more time in forming my thoughts before typing them out however. Some of my comments get a little word-vomit-like. I think the content of the comments is good, the phrasing could just be better.
